Falconry aerial training is a modern conditioning technique used to train long-winged falcons to fly at high altitudes, maximize their physical fitness, and master the art of the “stoop” (a high-speed hunting dive). Instead of waiting for a young bird to naturally explore higher altitudes, falconers manually elevate a food reward into the sky using specialized airborne platforms. This instills a crucial psychological association in the falcon: higher altitude equals more available prey.

At MicroFalconry, we have produced aerial training equipment for falconry since 2010. Our workshop is situated along the southeastern shore of the Baltic Sea in the small country of Lithuania, but we happily ship worldwide. We specialize in raptor fitness training rig manufacturing for planes, drones, kites, air balloons, and similar methods. Have made many different configuration riggings for falconers around the world and to this date, have sent equipment to over 30 different countries. We developed and fine-tuned every product, and we are always looking for new ideas to improve them.

A complete falconry training parachute release setup for falcon or hawk training. Has been designed for drones (quadcopters) without landing skids and very limited lifting power. Smaller, low-power drones are not capable of lifting a bigger payload, so we designed the “NANO” rig. Rigged the same as “LIGHT” rig, except every single part has been scaled down to save as much weight as possible. Thinner lines, a lighter parachute container, and smaller ball bearing swivels saved quite a bit of weight and decreased air resistance.
