At MicroFalconry , we engineer and build premium raptor-conditioning equipment to the highest standards of flight performance and structural integrity. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange under the clear, transparent parameters outlined below.

 

1. 14-Day Return Window & Eligibility Standards

We accept return requests within 14 days of the date you receive your package. Because our drone parachute release systems are highly technical equipment deployed in unpredictable outdoor training environments, we enforce strict compliance standards for acceptance:
  • Pristine Condition Required: Products are eligible for a refund only if they are completely unused, free of field debris, and in their original packaging .
  • Field Use Disqualification: Any rig that shows signs of being flown, dirtied, marked by bird talons, exposed to moisture, or structurally altered in the field is strictly ineligible for a refund or exchange .
  • Variant Precision: If you purchased a standalone component (such as a Replacement Parachute Kit ), it must be returned complete with all native lines and inserts intact.

2. Mandatory Return Authorization Procedure

To initiate a return, you must secure a formal Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to shipping your items back.
  1. Submit Request: Email our support desk at info@microfalconry.com with a detailed reason for the return.
  2. Provide Visual Proof: You must attach clear photographs or a short video demonstrating that the equipment is entirely unused and in its pristine original packaging.
  3. Receive Routing Data: Upon approval, we will issue your unique RA# along with the address of the nearest intake warehouse where you can securely mail your package.
Note: Returns shipped to our workshops without a visible, pre-approved RA# on the box will be rejected automatically at intake.

 

3. Return Shipping & Transit Security

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is entirely responsible for paying all return shipping fees. Initial shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Tracking Requirement: You must use a trackable, registered mail service for your return shipment. MicroFalconry accepts no responsibility or legal liability for return packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

4. Inspection & Refund Issuance

Upon safe arrival at our designated intake facility, your equipment will undergo a comprehensive physical inspection by our technicians.
  • Approval: If the product passes inspection in its original, un-flown condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued immediately to your original method of payment (Stripe or PayPal).
  • Notification: A formal refund receipt will be automatically emailed to the address linked to your original order.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

Once approved, our system releases refunds instantly, meaning the funds leave our accounts immediately. If you have not yet seen the balance hit your account, please perform the following steps:
  1. Check Your Banking App: Verify your transactions over the last 3–5 business days.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Issuer: Processing times vary wildly between merchant banks. Some international credit card networks can take up to 30 days to formally post a refund back onto a card.
  3. Contact Your Bank: Inquire regarding active pending incoming transfers.

6. Invalid Reasons for Returns

To maintain optimal pricing and exceptional handcrafted value for the global falconry community, we are unable to honor refunds for the following invalid reasons:
  • “Buyer’s Remorse”: Submitting an order creates a legally binding purchasing contract. Buyers must be confident they want the equipment before completing checkout, not after.
  • Alternative Pricing: Requests for returns because items were found at a different price or through alternative promotions elsewhere will not be honored.
