At MicroFalconry, we do not mass-produce or hold generic warehouse inventory. Every specialized drogue parachute release system is precision custom-made to order according to your chosen bird and rigging specifications.
Because our high-performance equipment is handmade with exact craftsmanship, manufacturing timelines are subject to current workshop demand:
- Standard Production: Orders typically take 3 to 10 business days to build, test, and pass quality control.
- Peak Demand: During peak seasons, handcrafting timelines may extend to 1 to 2 weeks .

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation email immediately after your order is safely packaged and dispatched from our workshop. This notification includes your official, active parcel tracking numbers.
- Origin Tracking: Initial transit can be monitored natively through the Lietuvos Paštas Tracking Portal .
- Destination Tracking: Once the parcel crosses international borders and enters the country of destination, your local national carrier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, DHL) will provide comprehensive local updates using the exact same tracking code.
Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
MicroFalconry operates globally out of our specialized European workshop. For shipments dispatched to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the customer is formally designated as the Importer of Record .
MicroFalconry is not responsible or liable for any customs duties, import PVM/VAT, tariffs, or clearance fees applied by your local border customs authority. All compliance paperwork and financial fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole legal responsibility of the purchasing customer.
Damages, Loss, and Carrier Liability
We use premium, shock-resistant packaging to ensure your technical training rigs are completely secure during global transit. However, MicroFalconry is not legally liable for any equipment lost or physically damaged during shipping .
If your package arrives physically compromised, crushed, or opened:
- File an Immediate Claim: Contact your logistics carrier directly to initiate a transit damage report.
- Preserve All Materials: Retain all structural boxes, protective inserts, outer wrapping, and damaged items exactly as received, as they are mandatory evidence for insurance claims.
Returns Policy Overview
We strive to deliver uncompromised quality and engineering value. If you are not entirely satisfied with your flight rig, we provide an official 14-day return window for an exchange or full purchase refund.
- Acceptance Criteria: Items are only eligible for a refund if returned in their pristine, original condition, free of field debris, and wrapped cleanly in their original packaging . Rigs flown, dirtied, or damaged by the handler cannot be refunded.
- The Return Process: Email info@microfalconry.com with your formal reason for return alongside photos or video confirmation to generate a Return Authorization Number (RA#) . Returned parcels shipped without a valid RA# attached cannot be handled at our intake warehouses.
- Logistics Security: All return shipments must use a trackable, registered mail service. MicroFalconry is not responsible for missing return packages.
