The APEX High-Performance Parachute Replacement is engineered specifically for our CLASSIC, LIGHT, and NANO complete drone rigs.

Hand-made from the ground up with advanced raptor training in mind, the APEX stands as the highest-performance parachute in our entire lineup. It delivers an incredible amount of aerodynamic drag compared to traditional round canopy designs, which means you can use a physically smaller parachute to achieve the exact same fitness results for your bird. At the core of this advanced training tool is a unique pull-down apex design equipped with an adjustable ring. This system gives you full, precise control over the canopy’s shape, allowing you to fine-tune its geometry to achieve maximum performance in different weather conditions. Because this is a high-performance system capable of generating massive air resistance, it is designed for experienced falconers and requires a basic understanding of aerodynamics to truly unlock its full potential in the field.

REPLACEMENT PARACHUTE APEX is available in seven sizes:

PARACHUTE SIZES ARE PROVIDED WITH FLAT LAY MEASUREMENTS. We lay the parachute on the counter and measure from one side of the ripstop nylon to the other. The measurements will be completely different when the parachute is inflated.

Please Note: Due to variations in raw material stock and the manufacturing process, the final part color may vary slightly from the images shown. Parachute canopy lines, rig lines, and all plastic parts might be in completely different colors than shown in the images.

APEX – falconry parachute specifications:

Our developed adjusting ring system gives the opportunity to adjust parachute drag very precisely. It’s like having several different-sized parachutes in one package.

The pull-down apex parachute canopy, due to the flat surface, is less effective against side wind than any other known designs.

Lightweight and strong rip-stop nylon (non-PU coated) manufactured using a specially created nylon yarn, giving it good tear strength. This is why it is used for manufacturing parachutes.

High-quality, durable, knotless-looping, coated, water-resistant parachute canopy lines. A high number of lines to ensure a perfect 3D canopy shape when inflated for maximum caught air and maximum drag.

An adjustable “apex ring” gives full control in adjusting the canopy shape to achieve maximum performance.

Large diameter loop at the end of the lines to attach the lure line. Made from a 4mm braided sheath, which is 32 interwoven strands, giving it a relatively smooth texture.

Our parachute line splitter keeps parachute canopy lines away from each other to prevent any twists.

A plastic storage box to keep the parachute away when not in use. Bright colors significantly increase visibility and aid in recovery efforts if lost in the field.
